Instructions:
- Break up your THC cannabis chocolate into small chunks and place into a small microwave-safe bowl. The smaller the better as it will create a deeper ‘pool’ of chocolate to dip the strawberries into.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir with a spoon until all remaining chunks have melted. If the chocolate hasn’t melted enough yet, microwave at 10-second intervals until it is. Keep in mind, it’s better to melt the chocolate by stirring than continued heat when possible.
- Using the stem of the strawberry as a handle, dip each strawberry into the bowl of melted chocolate to cover the body of the berry, and place it on a plate or cutting board to dry. The chocolate will harden pretty quickly so do this as efficiently as you can. You may find you’ll need to put the THC chocolate back in the microwave for another 10 seconds to remelt and stir.
- Place the white chocolate wafers or candy melts into another small microwave-safe bowl and microwave the same way you did the THC chocolate.
- Making sure the chocolate covered strawberries are next to each other on a plate or tray, use a spoon to scoop some of the melted white chocolate out of the bowl and drizzle over the strawberries using a quick, back-and-forth motion at a consistent speed to create the ‘zig-zags’ across the bodies of the strawberries.
- Let the chocolate dry and refrigerate the THC chocolate-covered strawberries until they’re ready to eat! The THC chocolate-covered strawberries should keep for 1-2 days in the refrigerator. If you don’t want to eat them all, you can also freeze them for 30 days.
