Please note that we do not ship cannabis products. If you place an order for cannabis products on this website you acknowledge that you must pick up your order at your selected location in compliance with federal and provincial legislation.
Orders for non-cannabis products are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchasing and are sent via expedited parcel with Canada Post (this includes tracking). Canada Post delivery times will vary by location. Delays with Canada Post are outside of our control, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed by Flight Cannabis Co. Delivery times do not include our processing time.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
Tracking number will be provided at time of shipping. Flight Cannabis Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

No returns or exchanges of cannabis products are accepted. All cannabis products are final sale.
Full price accessories policy
All full-priced items are eligible for a return within fourteen business days. Items must be unused and unaltered with the original packaging intact and all labelling still affixed. A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return.

Sale items policy
All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange. All items purchased with a promotional code are also a final sale and not eligible for a return. Flight Cannabis Co. does not honour price adjustments.
